    take the A123 (Cranbrook Road - towards Barkingside not Ilford) from the Gants Hill roundabout. Follow the A123 all the way to the end, at Fulwell Cross roundabout. Take Forest Road (3rd exit on roundabout) for 0.3 miles, then turn left (before railway bridge) to enter ground via Redbridge Sports Centre.
